Gross Prices for Agents
Periods:
May: 500 euros per night.
June: 800 euros per night.
July - August: 1000 euros per night.
September: 600 euros per night.
Important Notes:
a) Prices are for up to 8 guests. For every additional person +50 euros per night.

Security Deposit: 1000 euros. Returned in cash on the departure day if no damages have been incurred. Minor damages will be dealt with goodwill and understanding.
Payments: 50% on reservation day and 50% three months before arrival day.
Method of payment: Bank deposit
Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival. If cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, non-show, or early departure, no refund. All cancellations will be dealt with goodwill and understanding.
Accommodates 10 people. Fully accessible to the disabled.
